Item Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with the IMALA clothing tag fully intact.

Sports bras and Co-ords (that come with bra top) items are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons. All exchanges must be made within 14 days from the day item is received. Item exchanges can only be done once per order.

To raise an item exchange query, kindly send us a direct message on Instagram @IMALAofficial or email us at hello@IMALAofficial.com, with the following details:

  1. Name
  2. Contact Number
  3. Email Address
  4. Order Number #
  5. Item details, reason for exchange (eg, size is too small or too big)
  6. Replacement item details (eg, size of replacement item)


Items to be exchanged must be shipped via registered mail or couriered with a valid tracking number to our return address that will be provided by our customer service officer.

 ***Please note that SALE and promotional items are not eligible for exchange or refund.***

Order Cancellation

Once orders are processed, confirmed and shipped, no cancellations are allowed.
